Andre’ Lucas Elementary is excited to offer the Universal PreK Wraparound Program, led by Mrs. Amy Cunningham-Buettner, along with a dedicated team of six staff members. This initiative is funded by NAF CYS and was inspired by Fort Campbell's selection as a pilot site for the UPK.

Barsanti Elementary School at Fort Campbell kicked off its Universal Prekindergarten program with bubbles, excitement, and a touch of parental tears, welcoming 4-year-olds into free, full-day classes as part of DoDEA's Phase II expansion in the Americas region. The tuition-free initiative eases childcare burdens, boosts family retention, and equips young "Bulldogs" to thrive amid constant change, turning a routine first day into a milestone for lifelong success.
